Hawkinge House provides in-house, 24/7 nursing care in spacious, high quality accommodation for people who need support. The team are fully equipped to cater to a variety of care needs – particularly those relating to dementia-type illnesses and physical frailty – so that residents can have a home for life.
Every room at Hawkinge House is a Care Suite – larger rooms than those found in traditional care settings – equipped with kitchenettes and living areas.
Our care suites help residents to feel that they have their own space and their own home.
Hawkinge House is a purpose-built home in the heart of the Hawkinge community. Built with its residents at the heart of its design, Hawkinge House offers high quality, care-orientated facilities, creating the ideal environment for residents to feel safe and at home in.
Residents at Hawkinge House reflect the local demographic. We facilitate families to benefit from Local Authority or NHS funding, where private funding may not be an option, making our services accessible to the whole community.
Every year, we recognise the exceptional care of the people who work at Hawkinge House Long Term. We identify those who go above and beyond, by giving an award to two individuals, one voted for by relatives and residents, and one voted for by our Registered Manager. This year, we congratulate Arun and Dinil!
