All the staff that work in the home are direct-employees

Being direct-employees means continuity of care and facilitates a “family” atmosphere. The home has a comprehensive training programme and a high proportion of its staff have achieved NVQ qualifications.

Dawn joined Hawkinge House in October 2013.

Dawn gets a lot of job satisfaction at Hawkinge House and really enjoys to be part of a close team here. Families put a lot of trust in her to help them from the initial enquiry through to their loved one moving into Hawkinge House.
